Job Duties:
- Deliver a scalable, high performance cloud computing platform.
- Build compelling and innovative user interfaces, a platform for developing applications in the cloud, and an infrastructure that supports storage and processing of mission critical data.
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate algorithms for platform and application features in Java/Javascript
- Full stack development.
- Work closely with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy highly useful, secure, accessible and high quality software.
- Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites.
- Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves salesforce.com.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge of object oriented programming and experience with at least one object oriented programming language (Java, Javascript, Python)
- High proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and web framework (NodeJS, Express, Hapi, etc.)
- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and/or Ajax
- Solid understanding of Database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL and relational database schema design
- Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing using Java, JUnit, JSUnit, Selenium
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience building highly scalable web applications.
- Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
- Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field
- Track record of being a top performer in current and past role
